As of now, Quanzhou City has identified 332 high-end talents in the intelligent manufacturing industry cluster and issued a total of 14.91 million yuan in subsidy funds.

In order to address the shortage of high-end talents in traditional, heavy chemical, and high-tech industries in our city, we have implemented a special action plan for intelligent manufacturing and pioneered the application and confirmation of high-end talents in intelligent manufacturing industry clusters in the province. It is required that each industrial cluster with a value of over 100 billion yuan must have more than 100 high-end talents, and each industrial cluster with a value of between 50 billion yuan and 100 billion yuan must have more than 50 high-end talents, After being recognized, high-end talents will receive a research subsidy of 50000 yuan per person.

Quanzhou City also sets standards for urgently needed talents in key industries at each level based on the different levels and stages of development in industries such as integrated circuits and equipment manufacturing, and implements dynamic adjustments, updates, and supplements. As of now, a total of 2415 people have been selected, 137 talents have been introduced, and 13.765 million yuan in subsidy funds have been distributed. In addition, our city has implemented additional measures in fulfilling benefits, leveraging the supportive effect of policy overlap, and actively implementing support policies for provincial engineering young professionals.
